“If its not broken, don’t fix it”, is a well planted philosophy one should consider before remixing a track, but in this case of Diamond Pistols and Anna Yvette’s “twerk”, Tagrm successfully puts his touch on what is already a sick record. Speeding up the tempo and chopping the vocals up Makes it more of a club dance record, as the original sticks to a more melody based, traditional song. The bass was not forgotten on the remix and in facts comes at you much harder and frequent which makes this remix a vast improvement to the original while definitely building the tracks club appeal.
