THIS IS NOT A APRIL FOOLS JOKE. San Diego-based duo Hotfire gave us one of the most exciting releases last year on the Night Bass label. Out today, their second EP for the label, “Tough Break” somehow manages to out do their first album. By restricting their sound palette, Hotfire managed to create a dark, deep and atmospheric set of undercover bangers, sharing a unique mix of house, techno and UKG.

Hotfire will be celebrating their new release at the Arntre Pop-up Shop this Saturday April 2nd 5pm-10pm & also at the Pop Up After Party with Lil Texas, R3ll, Arnl Bass, Samo Records crew & Late Night Laggers. Saturday night at The Lash in downtown LA 10pm-2am.
