ARNTRE Mask

Just a few weeks ago I was having a conversation with a friend that works at the Huntington Beach Emergency Room. I asked him how everything was going at the hospital? He then responded that they had a few possible cases of covid 19 and that it was getting a little hectic as they were setting up white tents in the parking lot. He then added; “we’re running out of masks. CDC responds to us- “Use bandanas or scarfs.” Wtf” he added that it had been hard to get a hold of mask. As I attempted to look for one for my own use, I realized how difficult it was to find one. I then told him that if I found any I would donate them for his use.

As some of you might remember, these last few years we’ve worked on cut and sew pieces. Because it was so difficult to find any mask we thought why not just make some mask ourselves and so we did. We had our tailor work for us and then we printed them at our screen print shop.

I understand some of our followers might think we saw this as an opportunity to capitalize and make profit. But the truth is, we are a small, four person team and we do not make thousands or millions of dollars. We saw an opportunity to help others and the money we invested for the labor is the only money we are making back. This was not an opportunity to profit but an opportunity to invest in our community and help those who are in the front lines. We are donating 50% of the merchandise we made to local hospitals. And we take this opportunity to ask, if you know of any hospital who is in need of mask please contact us, we will try our best to donate as much as possible. The first 50 mask will be donated to the Huntington Beach Emergency Room, as a promise to my friend.

Thank you for your time and for your support through the years.

Wishing you and your loved ones health and safety.
