Carnage is back at it again with a free release for our collection. Carnage has really been pumping out music and even collaborated on an EP with Young Thug titled Young Martha. This release for the core Carnage fans is a nice follow up to his releases. The track features GRAVEDGR, an unknown and mysterious artist who is under the same management as SAYMYNAME and under the All Access Management. GRAVDGR seems to be the latest member of the Heavyweight Records collective founded by Carnage.
The song Hijueputa is a festival ready track and starts off with some heavy kicks thats reminiscent of Hard House music. The track then begins a buildup with some vocal melodies and then becomes extremely aggressive. The music stops and then the song builds up to some beautiful chord progressions and goes back into the Hardstyle sound. The track overall seems like parts of different songs but offers something for everyone to find enjoyment in. I personally love that chord buildup at two minutes and twenty seconds into the song.
There are many tracks out there that are hidden by the fat of less delicious tracks. As a part-time butcher of music discovery(and meat in real life), I will cut out the fat and show you the freshest cuts of meat (tracks) in this new segment we call “The Cut”. We will feature all kinds of cuts ranging from Bass, House, and downtempo vibes.
The first track on our list is a remix by Calvin Harris and features a Deep House element that makes this cut a funky and bouncy track. The deep bassline really guides the track along and makes for an awesome House track.
This next track is a release on Medium Rare Recordings (kinda fitting for this article) and the track is just filthy and heavy. Its on some dark house vibes with heavy bass synths and intricate percussions all mixed in.
Another aggressive song with house elements and electro vibes.
Yookie really killing it with the music and this latest track is like something from a horror movie. Really nostalgic bass sounds similar to the dubstep duo 16BIT from back in the golden dubstep days.
Ok, so mostly everything is bass driven in this article, but thats fine because this Future Bass track gives you some next level bass waves and synths that compliment this remix of Post Malones I fall Apart
Every time you hear that infamous whistle, it’s a guarantee to be one of the toughest tracks you hear. The only way to describe that moment is similar to when you were a kid and you opened a pack of Pokemon cards and got a crazy holographic card. Well, the Moombah/Dembow/Afro sound is evolving and making a huge comeback in pop and reggaeton music. This latest release by self-proclaimed poke’ master Munchi gives us that third evolution of Dembow. “Bek Den Bo Block’ features trap vocals and a bubbling sound that really livens this track. The song is so tough and pushes that signature sound of Munchi, Its a must download. Enjoy!
