What is better to wake up to, than an email asking if you would like to feature What So Not and cover HARD SUMMER 2014???!!!
 Now I know our #teamArntre fans don’t need an education on what’s the Up n Up but, I think its important to establish the massive achievement these Aussie gents (What So Not) received on their track, Jaguar, reaching a staggering 4.5 Million plays!!!
Lets not forget that snowball-effect of a collab with RL Grime – Tell Me.  Not only did it reach 4.1 Million plays………It’s on a damn Adidas commercial!!!

OWSLA STAGE ANNOUNCED FOR HARD SUMMER + ALEX METRIC MIX

unnamed (1)LA-based label OWSLA is bringing their own stage to HARD Summer Music Festival 2014 on Saturday, August 2nd. The stage will feature performances from OWSLA friends and family including award-winning DJ duo Jack Beats, innovative veteran Kill The Noise, Aussie bass pioneers What So Not and British underground guru Alex Metric. Also appearing alongside these top acts are The M MachineHenry FongValentino KhanDavid HeartbreakAlesia and Etnik. HARD Summer is taking place at Whittier Narrows Recreation Area just ten minutes from downtown Los Angeles and Union Station. The 18+ festival runs August 2nd and 3rd, bringing a huge collection of electronic and hip hop artists to the 100 acre grounds.

 
In addition, Alex Metric brings the summer vibes with his contribution to the HARD Summer Mix Tape Series. The hour-long mix traverses a masterful blend of deep house and disco.
