Electronic music’s Renaissance man Travis Stewart, better known as Machinedrum, dropped his biggest and boldest release to date with famed label Ninja Tune– Vapor City the first full-length offering since his critcially-heralded Roooms in 2011. Between now and then, his output has been an unrelenting stream of versatility with skillful releases, collaborations, and remixes that have kept him always one step ahead of the bunch with fans and music critics eagerly awaiting his next vision.

In the past year, Machinedrum has relocated to Berlin and maintained a steady flow of releases. A true electronic music Renaissance man, Machinedrum blends together current pop music standards and trends with his own extensive knowledge of experimental production techniques, delivering his quality signature on every thing he touches. Just a few weeks ago he got the chance to play a BOILER ROOM set in LONDON, the set was amazing. Next week Red Bull Sound Select will feature Machinedrum as he performs “Vapor City” LIVE next thursday night at the Troubadour, this show is one not to miss.
