If there is one name synonymous with the evolution of dance music over the last two decades it is Pete Tong. In a twenty plus year career he has hosted the world’s most listened to dance music radio shows, performed at the most prestigious and forward thinking clubs, helped transform Ibiza into the world’s dance music capital and most recently awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) for services to music and broadcasting in the 2014 New Year’s Honor’s List.

Following his recent relocation to Los Angeles, Tong today revealed plans for a monthly residency, at the city’s most bleeding edge nightclub, Sound.

Once a month on a Friday the British DJ will bring his coveted “All Gone Pete Tong” residency to Sound. Each month Tong will be joined by a special guest, and in his classic subversive fashion, he’ll deliver the freshest sounds in underground dance music straight to the heart of Hollywood. All Gone Pete Tong kicks off with Benoit + Sergio on January 24, and is joined by Lee Foss and his Modern Amusement party on February 14.

This year Tong brought his All Gone Pete Tong events to Miami during WMC, SxSW, EDC and most recently BPM Festival. He performed at Coachella, and the Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival, hosted a Pete Tong arena at TomorrowWorld, launched his new Ibiza residency at Ushuaia and has just been announced at Detroit’s prestigious Movement Festival for 2014. He also debuted IMS Engage in Los Angeles in April, and recently announced the event will return to LA in 2014.

Pete Tong can be heard everyday on EVOLUTION, an Electronic Dance Music station on iHeartRadio, Clear Channel’s industry-leading digital radio platform.   where he hosts a two-hour show, ‘All Gone Pete Tong’, from 7-9pm EST. His syndicated hour-long show ‘Evolution with Pete Tong’ can be heard on over 90 FM stations across America, including KIIS FM in Los Angeles every Sunday from 11pm- 12am.
