The duo of Axwell Λ Ingrosso, former members of the legendary Swedish House Mafia, have officially raised the curtain on their campaign with the release of “Something New,” the first official single from their eagerly anticipated debut album as a duo, to arrive in 2015 on Def Jam Recordings in the U.S. and Virgin/EMI in the UK.
The full-length world premiere of “Something New” premiered early today as The Hottest Record In The World on influential BBC Radio 1 presenter Zane Lowe’s show, heard ’round the world. At 12:01 a.m. (ET) on Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, “Something New” will go up for sale at iTunes. During NBC’s Thanksgiving Day Football Broadcast, tens of millions more nationwide will view the network premiere of the Beats by Dr. Dre#soloselfie holiday campaign :60-second spot, featuring music from “Something New.”
